License Grant

Parallax Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable synchronization license to use our services, including mastered audio, mastered foley work, and recorded music. This license allows you to synchronize the provided materials with visual media for the duration specified in your agreement.

Copyright Ownership

Parallax Studios retains all copyrights and ownership rights in the materials provided unless otherwise negotiated and documented in writing.

Modifications

Any modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Termination

Parallax Studios reserves the right to terminate your license if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the materials provided.
